Notes
- Please provide complete information, including: character reference (for OCs, at least 3 images from different angles are recommended), desired expressions, pose, concept, main color palette, etc.- If you send artwork from another artist:
➤ Clearly explain what you want me to take from it (tone, concept, lighting, etc.)
➤ I will not copy the exact pose or art style of another artist.- Commissions will be completed in the order of the received slots.- I reserve the right to decline any request that does not fit my skills, style, or that I am uncomfortable working on.
Revision Policy
- I will send updates every 2 days (or upon request).- If there is no response within 2 days, I will assume approval and continue to the next step.- Free revisions are available if the mistake is mine (wrong anatomy, wrong colors, incorrect expression, etc.).- If the issue is from the client (unclear references, change of mind, requesting extra details):
➤ +5k per minor revision- If you want to revise the entire brief (major pose change, new concept, etc.):
➤ 50% of the new price will be charged
➤ The deadline will be extended accordingly- If you are not satisfied with the final artwork, we will discuss and agree on a fair adjustment in price or another reasonable solution.

Timeline (at the latest)
➤ Headshot: 1 week
➤ Halfbody: 2 weeks
➤ Fullbody: 4 weeks- If you need a shorter deadline, please discuss it with me before ordering.
Payment
- Paypal
- 25% after confirming the brief
- 50% after approving the sketch
- 100% after the artwork is finished (before receiving the final file)
Refunds
- If I miss the deadline, i will refund 120%
- If you cancel the commission yourself, the refund will be based on the current progress.
Rights & Usage
- I reserve the right to post the artwork with a watermark for portfolio purposes (except for private commissions).- The client may not use the artwork for AI training/datasets or commercial purposes without paying the commercial fee.- The client may not claim authorship, or reproduce/edit the artwork for profit.
